Behind it all is our founder, Rida, a Yorkshire-born former International Brand Manager who spent nearly three years in Dubai, one of the world's great fragrance capitals. She returned home determined to build a British fragrance brand that did inspired scent properly, and Laniche is the result.

Why Inspired Shouldn't Mean Cheap
The inspired fragrances on the market smelled wonderful and cost a fraction of the designer originals. But they were almost always sold the same way: plain bottles, no proper boxes, no sense of occasion. The unspoken message to the customer was you're paying less, so expect less. We disagreed.
