30-Day Returns

Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we will issue a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched, you may return it in accordance with this Returns Policy.

Hygiene & Consumer Safety

Due to hygiene and consumer safety requirements, we cannot accept returns of fragrance products that have been opened, used, tested or tampered with unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photographs. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, refund or another suitable resolution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days after your returned item has been inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked postal service.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Unless faulty or required by law, we cannot accept returns of opened fragrance products, used products, gift cards or clearly marked clearance/final sale items.

Wholesale & Trade Orders

Wholesale and trade returns are subject to the individual trading agreement between Laniche Parfum and the customer.
